Gift flowers and arrangements delivered throughout Bournemouth

Sending flowers as a gift is more popular than ever and they are a fantastic way to bring a smile to the faces of your friends and loved ones. The perfect way to send a message to anyone in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area is with our gift flowers, bouquets and arrangements.

You can leave it to us to create a brilliant bouquet from whatever is looking great on the day or choose a particular colour or theme that's perfect for the recipient.

All of our floral gifts go out with detailed care instructions and all of our bouquets are also sent out with flower food to ensure that the recipients enjoy the flowers for as long as possible. You can also read more about flower care on this website.

Traditional gift-wrapped bouquets

The classic florist's bouquet with flowers arranged flat for maximum visual impact and gift-wrapped to provide a beautiful gift. Ideal for anyone who likes to arrange their own flowers or for when only a really big armful will say what you want.

Continental hand tied bouquets

These bouquets are prearranged by the florist in a circular fashion and are left bare-stemmed as is more traditional in continental Europe. They just need to have their stems trimmed and be dropped into a favourite vase or container for amazing instant impact. We often wrap these bouquets in bamboo holders rather than cellophane to give a stylish and natural look.

Aqua-packed bouquets

Hand tied bouquets can also be aqua-packed (delivered in their own water), which is ideal for gifts that may otherwise be out of water for some time, e.g. delivered to a workplace. These can be delivered either wrapped in just in cellophane or in an elegant presentation box. The advantage of the gift box is that it makes an instant vase of flowers and the recipient doesn't need to worry about the flowers for days other than giving them a splash of water. Cellophane wrapped hand tied bouquets look better if they are unwrapped and put into a vase, but in this style we are able to leave the stems slightly longer for a larger arrangement.

Arrangements

We use the term arrangements to refer to any floral display created in florists foam. Using foam allows the flowers to continue to drink but enables the florist to create more stylised and artistic pieces than is possible with traditional gift bouquets. There are many different types of foam arrangement, including:

Vase arrangements

Vase arrangements (although of course these aren't in foam) are also a perennial favourite and if given as a gift, there is a lasting keepsake for the recipient as well.
